They did a great job replacing my roof. They had to do some extra work on the structure, and they did an excellent job doing that work. I would highly recommend them, from the salesperson to everyone in the office and the install team; all were great to deal with.

A Well-Rehearsed, Well-Oiled Operation
I've been very impressed with Titan from beginning to end. My interaction with project manager Mike Jones was enlightening, informative, and even entertaining. I also appreciated the work done by Top Tier Public Adjusters. The entire process was cinched when the physical work began. Tues 11/11 the dumpster was delivered by Grindin Growin Grillin LLC, and their driver did a masterful job of "threading the needle" while backing into my driveway. Wed 11/12 the crew showed at 7 a.m., and except for a mere 1/2 hr break, they worked non-stop till 3. Andres, the foreman, introduced himself, kept me abreast of the progress being made, while also responding promptly and professionally to my questions. The roofing was complete! The crew made sure the area around the house was free of any construction debris and departed. Andres informed the dumpster company had been called and might be removed that night, but if not, by Friday. To my surprise and delight, GGG LLC showed up and took the dumpster that night. It was altogether a well-rehearsed, well-oiled assembly line operation... and I'd be happy to recommend them to all!
